William Jefferson Hague. Was born 26 march 1961, when he gradated from hight scool he get the opportunity to be a student in Oxford university. Hague was first elected to the House Of Commons in 1989. He served Leader of Conservative party from June 1997 September 2001. He resigned as party Leader the 2001 general election following a land side defeat to the Labour party.
