William Jefferson Hague. Was born 26 march 1961, when he gradated from hight scool he get the opportunity to be a student in Oxford university. Hague was first elected to the House Of Commons in 1989. He served Leader of Conservative party from June 1997 September 2001. He resigned as party Leader the 2001 general election following a land side defeat to the Labour party. He was the first Leader of the Conservative not to have become PM since Austen chamberlain in the early 1920.Later in 2010,upon cavern becoming PM, Hague took roles of first secretary of state and foreign secretary

The House of Parliament

There are two Houses of Parliament which as, The House of Commons and The House of Lords.
The Touse of Lards has more power. However ,there are 659 constiteuencies in the United Kingdoom. Furthermoe, in England 529 and in Scotland 72 .
they are not all the same geograhical size . After a general election political party which part from the government ,first past the post ystem .when all leader of that will be a lot of constituencies.
